1. Description

 

Thermocouple connectors are mini size flat 2 pin TC connectors designed to connect temperature sensor instrumentation and a temperature controller or process control HMI automation panel. Male 2 pole TC plugs and matched female 2 prong TC jack pairs are stock items.

 

 

2.  Characteristics

 

  • Solid pins and hollow pins are both available, offer good contact and competitive price.
  • Maximum ambient temperature for the thermoplastic body continuous usage is 200 degrees celsius.
  • Well designed body ensure good insulation inside, and well designed pins construct ensure good contact. 
  • Available in all color code standard. ANSI color code standard will be the one if the customer do not have special requirements.
  • Thermoplastic body and ceramic material body are both available.
  • Original thermocouple alloy material pins, and spring loaded inserts.
  •  Pins are polarized
