This series of jacket heaters features a versatile range of diameters and lengths, custom-engineered to match various hot runner nozzle dimensions. Built with a high-quality stainless steel or copper inner sleeve, the heater incorporates high-density heating coils in various winding cross-sections (round, square, or flat). It offers superior thermal uniformity and low thermal inertia, with optional integrated K, J, or E-type thermocouples for precise closed-loop temperature control.
