Engineered for demanding industrial environments, our Hot Runner Coil Heaters deliver continuous operating temperatures up to 1200°F (approx. 650°C). Built with low-mass construction, these heaters ensure rapid heating and cooling cycles alongside high thermal conduction. All internal heating elements are meticulously sealed against contamination, while the chrome-nickel resistance wire (NiCr 80-20) and stainless steel sheath provide maximum corrosion resistance and rigid structural integrity.
