Description:
The resistance alloy is composed of nickel-chromium alloy, which has high resistivity, good oxidation resistance and very stability. The maximum applicable temperature is up to 1200 degrees, and it has a longer service life than iron, chromium and aluminum. The alloy is widely used in household components, industrial furnaces and various resistance components, such as wirewound resistors, sheet metal resistors, hair dryers, electric furnaces, iron smelting, ovens, and so on.
Ni80Cr20 is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy composed of nickel-chromium alloy with high resistivity, good oxidation resistance, good shape stability, and good ductility and weldability during use. Can be used in temperatures up to 1200°C (2190°F) and lasts longer than FeCrAl. The alloy is widely used in household components, industrial furnaces and various resistive components such as wirewound resistors, sheet metal resistors, hair dryers, electric stoves, iron making, ovens. The main product forms are wire, strip, rod, pipe, foil and wire mesh.
