Description: 

 

Among many metal materials, nickel is considered to have better resistance to accelerated oxidation at high temperature. The melting point of nickel is about twice as high as that of copper. fiberglass braided 500 degree high temperature cable Copper conductors coated with nickel have a slightly higher resistivity, but are flexible and resistant to fatigue. At 250℃, the use of nickel-copper conductor is very important, usually 2% of the weight of nickel coating is sufficient. When the temperature is 450℃ or above, should increase the nickel coating thickness. The weight ratio of nickel coating on this type of wire and cable conductor at 450℃ is usually 27%. Pure nickel conductors should be used when the temperature exceeds 600℃, especially when the high and low temperature are constantly alternating.
