Working Principle

Product Type: Cartridge heater (single-end tubular heater), featuring one heating end and one cold end.
Construction: Manufactured with a metal tube housing a resistance alloy wire as the heating element, filled with high-purity, high-insulation magnesium oxide (MgO) powder.
Key Characteristics: High power density, high thermal efficiency, and fast heat dissipation.

Characteristics & Materials

Sheath Material: Alloy 304 stainless steel is used to provide high-temperature strength, excellent thermal conductivity, and oxidation resistance up to 1200°F (650°C). Alloy 304 is a nickel-chromium stainless steel.
Resistance Wire: German-imported nickel-chrome resistance wire (NiCr8020) is evenly stretched and threaded through ceramic insulators.
Insulation Filler: USA-imported high-purity magnesium oxide (MgO) fills all remaining space inside the ceramic insulator, enhancing thermal conductivity, dielectric strength, and heater longevity.
Standard Termination: Consists of 30 cm internally/externally connected flexible stranded nickel wire leads with high-temperature insulation. Custom lead styles are available to solve specific application challenges.
Sealing: Ceramic end cap protects the internal components from external contamination.
