Description:
 
1) Easy Knock-Down Band Heaters 
2) Concentrated tightness system which ensure maximum contact of the windings
3) Flexible armor cable for lead protection is available where abrasion is a problem
4) External strip of steal-sheets from nickel or inox which covers the total width of the heater
5) Inox screws with high degree of tightness so as to transport the current correct in thewinding
6) Specially treated rust-recistance steal, a of Nikel or Inox for temperatures from 480°C and 650°C correspondingly
7) Grated mica sheets type ''C'' are used for he winding and the insulation of the heaters. It provides excellent thermal conductivity and dielectric strength
8) The warming source of the heater is created by a selected nickel-chroma wire in ribbon or round form        which achieves, with special winding, to create the correct appropriation of heating
