Cartridge heater is one of the electric heating elements, which is widely used in industry mould heating.
Water Proof Electrical Cartridge Heater with High Temperature Lead Wire is a piece of heating elements made of MgO powder or MgO tube, ceramic cap, resistance wire(NiCr20/80). It is used to heat in plastic injection moulds, dies, platens ….
Cartridge heaters are custom designed in a various shapes to as client’s requirements for direct immersion in liquids such as water, oils, solvents and process solutions, molten materials as well as air and gases.
